I have no doubt the new boss (Head of Football Ops/GM/Whatever) will make the decision as to who his Head Coach will be. But Josh can't let all these names just sit out there without at least showing them that the new Commander's ownership group is interested, and at the same time give
his pitch as to why this is going to be
the organization to be a part of.
