Yes the actually procedure for a colonoscopy is nothing but the day before for a big eater like me sucks.
I'm 65 and have been amazingly healthy my entire life. Rarely sick, I don't have a bad
back or knee, never broke a bone or torn a ligament despite being very active in sports. But in the last 5 months I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, prostate cancer and now my pre-diabetes blood work crossed over the line to diabetes.
But it's not as bad as it sounds. The blood pressure took a few tries but we got the right meds, as I mentioned in the other thread stage 2 prostate cancer has a survival rate of like 98%. As for my blood sugar I learned when you get cancer you tend to go "what the Hell why don't I get that Hagen Daz?" while at the store. We never had ice cream or donuts in the house until recently. I ate like crap the last few months, I can change that.
