They kinda did what the Bears are doing with Caleb Williams right now. Drafted him #1, and didn't have a decent OL in place and just threw him out to start. It's a recipe for disaster. Now the Panthers shipped all that talent out, wasted all those draft picks, only to have the guy bench after game 2 of his second season. The guy is done for. I doubt he recovers. THe Panthers will be set back 4-5 years easily.
