I believe there was already structural damage to RG3's leg the day he was hit by Ngota. I don't think there's any structural damage to Hurts' knee. I simply believe it's either a sprained knee or sprained MCL. The latter being worse than the former, but both will limit his mobility and what he can do as a runner. It may also further limit his ability to pass (ie, stepping into throws) which he's already struggling to do.
As I said earlier, we'll find out after the Eagles' first possession or two if he's truly bothered by his knee. Once we're assured he's limited in his ability to move; stack the box the remainder of the game.
