We need a youth movement. I’d gladly live with a down year with one the youngest rosters; while they go through growing pains. Get that experience and then hit the road running the following year.

AP was fooled by last year and thought we are contenders. Build it the right way or you will never field a consistent winner and eventually you’ll find yourself out of a job.
