We've definitely had a few guys hang on too long -- Wagner and Ertz come to mind -- but both played very well last year but this year look like they've gone off the cliff. And the McLaurin holdout wasn't on the team -- I think his agent had him awaiting a deal that was never to (and did not) come to pass. It's not like these decisions have been all bad. And the injuries have been brutal and not limited to the old-timers either.

i honestly think a full charged health Terry Deebo and Austin E would have been dynamic, i will argue he needed a better WR then noah brown
a healthy offense would have hid the D better; long drives more points on the board etc
Wagner and Ertz, father time just finally ring their door bell
DQ with JD5 coming back from knee and hamstring issues this week to leave him in , IMO foolish
Silver lining it probably keeps JD5 out this year and he doesn't recevie a injury that affects him long term
