I live about 1 1/2 hours from Nags Head and have spent alot of time in the Outerbanks when I wass growing up. Spent alot of weekends surfing and living out of a friends van. My parent purchased a cottage several years back around the 8 mile post, but its a shame how developed its become. It has realy lost some of that small town feeling.
