Ranlde El is intriguing. Another option might be to draft a guy like Hagans from UVa. He is a lot like Randle El. Decent college QB with good speed and maybe good hands. He'll play WR is the NFL if he has the hands. He played WR his sophomore year when they had Schaub so he has a little experience at it. His combine performance will tell where he goes but is almost certainly a 2nd day guy. A project but we're talkign about our 3rd WR right now probably so a project at the 3rd spot is ok.
I wouldn't draft a WR in the first round most years and this year is no different. OL and DL should be the focus early.
