I agree. I don't think Tapp will be that great of a DE. He reminds a lot like David Pollack coming out of UGA last year. Could play end, but would be much better at the OLB position.

in order to play OLB tapp would have to be a very fast DE, but he's about average speed. He's not very good in coverage either, so he'll either figure out DE or bulk up and move inside.
