Perhaps I am biased as a UVa alum, but I agree. The DUI came BEFORE the Bowl game with Louisville and yet somehow they couldn't find it within themselves to kick him off the team before they won one more game with him.

first of all, it wasnt DUI, it was driving with revoked license. 2nd, they didnt get the court information until after the bowl game.
