I think Gibbs will be better able to judge the overall flow of the game better with the Playcalling duties removed from his mind on game day. He will be free to concentrate on the big picture and not the details of playcalling. I think maybe he has realized that he got too conservative in the past and played not to lose. The Chiefs, however, have always just kept pouring it on. We will have a fun team to watch next year, even if they don't improve!
