It's actually very possible that the team will only keep 2 QB's on the active roster. The addition of Tom Tupa gives us a player who started for two years at QB in the NFL.
OK, it
was for the Cardinals, but he did play. And since the 3rd string QB doesn't get any practice snaps anyway, it may as well be Tupa.
