Boyz - I had a bad box on launch, but the customer service at M$oft was excellent and had a replacement in 3 days. There really isn't a problem now, just finding one! The system is excellent and with Fight Night 3 (Boxing) coming out next week and being labeled as the TRUE first NEXT GEN title its going to be insane! Next years Madden should be off the hook though!
