Re: So did anyone get a 360?

well if it costs as much as all that crap did for mine. This was a long and hassling process, and my ps2 still isn't hooked up yet. I used to have the old version of a ps2, so i got a network adapter for x-mas. I put in the online start up disc but the damn thing wouldn't read it. I went back out, and bought a laser cleaner for the ps2, i go back home, and it won't read that either. So then, i go back out again, and i buy this complete package of shit specifically for consoles, but while i'm out, the sales guy at circuit city was like, well if it won't read the online disc or the cleaner disc, it's basically a sign that in a couple months the ps2 is gonna die. So i go home not only with that console cleaner thing, but with a brand new, slimmer ps2. This ps2 reads the online disc but it says because my computer is part of a home network, i have to go back out and buy a wireless network bridge to hook up to the ps2, because i can't just take a line directly from the ps2 to my computer. That pissed me off, because while i was at the store earlier, the sales guy had told me that for the slimmer ps2 i would need one, and he showed me some, the cheapest was like a 100 bucks, but i thought he was just trying to sell things. After i discovered that i'm gonna need the wireless bridge thing, i was just like **** it, i'll just wait until the ps3 comes out. I dunno if that's similar to what you have to do for the xbox, but if it is, then i can just wait.
