According to Upshaw today a new CBA seems unlikely (which may be smoke). If this happens it will be painful for the Skins right now but they also say that if the league goes uncapped it probably will never get the cap back (also hard to believe). If these things hold true it will be only a matter of time before Snyder turns this team into the Yankees of the NFL, while smaller marketed teams become doormats (sorry GB).

My question is this - If this happens will winning the Super Bowl seem as sweet for us diehard fans knowing that the playing field was uneven?
