ok, im thinking this way , if i am interested in ramsey, i dont want to commit to anything right yet. i dont want to commit to a long term deal for a qb that has done NOTHING in the nfl. on the other hand if i am ramsey, i dont want to sign a deal because i will be a fa in a potentialy uncapped year. this is all speculation now but i dont see a "bidding war" for a player that hasnt produced like a first rounder should. this is coming from a guy who has a ramsey jersey that is never to be worn again.
