The big question is, can they renegotiate enough deals to get in compliance. The real doomsday scenario is if they can't. With only six hours left, we'll see. Because of the special 2006 rules, it is not that easy to do -- even with willing players. The best scenario possible is if they find a way to renegotiate enough deals to actually put them under the cap for 2K6 far enough that they will be able to be players in the FA market.
