No team has ever gone over the salary cap, so this is a bit of an unknown. Could Commissioner Paul Tagliabue penalize a team by taking away draft picks? Or could there be fines? With some teams in dire cap shape, we could find out sooner rather than later. I just love Daniel Snyder. He does everything he can to help this team win. I don't understand how anyone can not like this man...
If crippling the cap, and possibly the draft helps Washington win, they'll be Superbowl champions next season.
