They come to you and tell you that you have to give money back. Do you volunterr and pay extra tax money back? LOL I don't find what he said that bad. you know how the press can make something sound bad. He just said that they did not come to him and then maybe laughing said the comment about he wasn't going to volunterr and give money back. I could see that comment as a joke and the press not mention that he was laughing and joking as it was said.
