i explained how the skins could get 19-26mill by pushing bonuses down the road. we're signing 4 guys that average 20mill a year + a TE, a #3 QB, and possibly an OL, LB or CB #3.
they average 20mill a year, its backloaded (to take advantage of cap increases and maximize current talent), so they probably count less than 10mill this year (though 40-60mill in cash over cap already this year and growing

great question, glad they answered it (intelligently). later on there might be cap problems, but if a new tv deal happens or the cap continues to expand in leaps and bounds, we'll be alright.
