Maybe keep Marshall in the middle and try McCune at OLB first. McCune is fast enough to play outside and it would be better to have someone with more experience getting the plays from Gregg Williams and making adjustments before the snap.
But if McCune is ready for the middle, then move him there. I'm sure Marshall would be better at covering TE's and guys coming out of the backfield.
