The list is based on all three, so it doesnt take into account that Palmer is a starter. It just means they have Palmer and Kitna. Kitna had a great year last year, plus they have the nubmer one pick in the draft from last year. Together is looks pretty good on paper. It would be a different list if it was just based on backups.
