If you looked at the 2005 schedule before the season, you would have judged it an easy one. Four or five teams on our schedule made dramatic turnarounds from the previous year. The same thing could happen this year. That's because teams in the NFL are evenly matched.
Joe Gibbs told us that they went after Al Saunders because they were impressed by what he did at Kansas City. Have you read about his offense? There are major changes coming, not in formations, but in strategy.
He wants to spread and stretch the field. You do that with a pocket passer like T. Green not with a 36 year-old scrambler. Campbell has the ability but not the experience.
