In 2007 they prorate 6 years, in 2008 and beyond, it goes back to 5.

As per the cba, the new proration limits are as follows:

2006 5 yrs
2007 6 yrs
2008 6 yrs
2009 6 yrs
2010 6 yrs
2011 5 yrs
