The Canadians have their own league and based on certain claims being made in these pages, they support that league strongly. in mexico you'd have a population base with close to 9million people. you'd obviously need a big stadium (130k seats) and cheaper tickets, as well as cheaper merch. that said, there probably are a good number of business owners etc that could afford more expensive seats.

It wouldn't be like FedEx Field where you can charge $8 a beer and expect people to pay though.
