Jacksonville Jaguars have the need for an outside linebacker, and word is they like UTEP LB
Thomas Howard in the
NFL Draft. The 6-foot-3, 239-pounder, who runs a 4.47 in the 40-yard dash, made 85 tackles and had three sacks and an interception last season.
