A guy who Gibbs and most redskins spoke highly of, and said they wished he could have stayed, yet wished the best for him.
A guy who began ripping the skins right away for the money, though they had no reason to offer him near what they did...Giants were desperate for LB help so they paid big for one season of stats.
A guy who is ungreatful for the opportunity the skins gave him.
A guy who doesn't realize he's making millions right now because of the skins.
A guy who would have been happy with a 6 figure signing bonus if M. Barrow hadn't gotten hurt, because he would have been riding the pine another season, then become an F.A.
A guy who, for a smart guy, is pretty dumb...the money thing, and now these statements? If you look at them, well, he comes off as a moron if you think about it.
A guy who, has now run his mouth for no reason...The signing was a one a done deal in my opinion, but after a season has gone by? He's still that into the skins?

AND MOST OF ALL...
A guy I hope the skins call "crack back" plays which have Cooley, Fauria, Sellers, and pulling linemen all gunning to rock him every chance we have to do it.

Why would he even bring up the skins in that interview? He's in the marketing capital of the world, on a team who's quaterback came there only because of that, and he's talking about the redskins? What a flake.

*note* Not sure what others called them, when I played we called them crack back plays when someone from offense leveled a certain defender from his blindside...usually a top defender when you want a play to go his way and/or just let him know offense can hit too.
great post.

I think pierce just feels wronged cause he felt like he stepped up for the skins and then they dumped him. Like the skins thought he was a great player, just as long as he worked for free.

NBA guys do the disrespect thing all the time. Pierce just doesn't see the big picture (that the skins got him a 30$mill deal and a permanent starting spot in the NFL), and instead only remembers the bad.
