ESPNews reports the Houston Texans have signed free agent LB Sam Cowart (Vikings). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Philadelphia Eagles have announced the team has agreed to terms with free agent ORT Jon Runyan (Eagles) on a three-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

obviouosly runyan is a big deal and he'll continue to help the eagles, a very solid piece on the O-line.

We looked into cowhart, but he is older and slower, and in the end, the skins probably never made an offer, since he didn't visit.
