Ron Borges, of the Boston Globe, reports the Green Bay Packers opened their offseason workout program without unhappy WR Javon Walker, who put his house up for sale in Green Bay the day after the workouts began and enlisted the help of his parents to clean it out. Walker claims he'd rather retire than play a fifth season for the Packers. Green Bay is insisting it will not trade him.

Gary Myers, of the New York Daily News, reports the Dallas Cowboys made a late push to re-sign WR Keyshawn Johnson before he signed with the Carolina Panthers. Carolina was concerned about losing out to Dallas at the last minute, but Johnson took the Panthers' offer, which pays him $7 million this year: $5 million to sign, with a $2 million base salary.

I thought KJ would end up in dallas or carolina, and i guess that's where the interest was. and javon is still copping an attitude.
