so that's a 3 yr. minimum w/no chance of getting that time suspended?
It can't be illegal to carry a gun in Fla. as that would violate the 2nd amendment. The question then becomes was the gun registered to ST? & of course his intent in having the gun at the time (doubt he was on his way to a shooting range).
