009, I think you understimate the importance of Brunnell to Gibbs. He wanted a veteran guy from the get go, and this is the guy he targeted. I think it has as much to do with character issues as anything, though I don't think those other QBs you listed are as good a fit as Brunell, or as good, period. That was the first thing Gibbs said he was going to do, and then, suprise, the first thing he did. You would have started your tenure as GM fighting with Washington's HOF football legend coach. You would have been lambasted on the number one fan website, THE WARPATH.
