I can't confirm this, but a caller to the Colin Cowherd show on ESPN Radio yesterday said that a poll done by ESPN said more people are actually interested in the NFL Draft than opening day of baseball.

Not sure if it's true, but it wouldn't surprise me. It could more evidence of the decline of baseball and the dominance of the NFL.
