Not only that but they didn't have Oakland on the list either. Skins and Oakland have to be the loudest fans in the game.

Whoever wrote this should be subjected to 96,000 screaming Redskins fans for three hours every Sundays. They should also be subjected to irrationally rabid Raiders fans wielding kitchen knives.
