Rabach plays football for a living, a very dangerous occupation in of itself.
You can't control what these guys do in their free time.
In a pefect world these guys would stay home the entire offseason reading, working out and not engaging in any potentially harmful activities that could jeopardize their careers.
But in the end it's their call, it's their career, and their life they are making decisions for.
