I like the fact that somebody pointed out it's not a post about somebody who needs a bullet in their head, but simply somebody(s) who need to be decked. Therefore here's my list:

1. Flavor Flave (or however the freak he spells it)
2. Don King
3. Billary and Hilary Clinton
4. Bill Maher
5. Adam Corrolla

and of course Sheriff Joe deserves an honorable mention, oh and I almost forgot, the whole country of France.
