the best available for us would be mario williams. I'd never draft a RB in the top 5... too much money for not that much more production on a guy with a much more limited NFL lifetime. plenty of 2nd round backs end up fine, adn the first round is the best place to get your OTs and superstars at positions that become VERY hit or miss later on (DE, true #1 WR - usually only one can't miss per draft, ie fitz or B edwards).
