I'd have it looked at. I assume you have health insurance.

It's probably nothing, but it can't hurt to have it looked at. At worst you'll have to take off a day of work to go get an x-ray or MRI. And if they find something wrong you'll be glad you got it checked out and fixed rather than walking around with a bum ankle.
