The 1/2 lb cheesy bean and rice burrito from Taco Bell is the best .99 lunch on the planet.
In Leesburg they have a Burrito joint like chipotle called Moe's. Its just as good (except I like the rice from Chipotle better) and I used to eat there all the time. (Dieting so I can fit back into my bikini)
