yeah, it really doesn't take that into account... but you can see that the bengals and the dolphins haven't had much luck, whereas baltimore and tampa bay have been consistant in scouting...
trading picks, like the dolphins did for ricky williams, or the redskins have done isn't counted, which limits the usefulness of the study a bit... but including trades would give the study babylonian complexity i'm sure
