It is that time of the year again. It is time to predict which team will surprise everyone this year. My pick last year (Panthers) held true and my pick for this year is the Jaguars. Last year they were 5-11 just like the Skins but this year I believe they will step it up big time. If they muster 11 wins, I wouldn't be surprised. Fred Taylor is still one of the best running backs in the league and I believe Leftwich will show why he's as good of a QB as advertised.
