Cowboys question marks-OL, RB health, TO (off field questions aside, he's only played in 16 games once since '99), secondary
Eagle question marks-WR!!!, OL health, secondary, OLB
Giants question marks-QB consistency, secondary, WR consistency

The Skins are easily the most balanced team in the league. That alone will not net a championship, but it's a good place to start.
