Bad: Gateway. Man, they screwed me over a few times on the phone and losing my hard drive when they were repairing the power input.

i worked corporate IT for a place with gateway, and they're really good when your a certified depot. Free replacement parts delievered in under 12 hours every time. the cutom online ordering site (written in VB, crappily) was total trash though.
