Me thinks you're confused so I shall summarize. On May 28th Mattyk posted the initial post in this thread stating that S. Holmes had been arrested for disorderly conduct in Miami. Skinsfanthruandthru made the off-handed remark that at least it wasn't for something like beating his girl...and lo and behold today I posted another link of another arrest of the same Santonio Holmes, but this time for assault.

And that's where we stand now. I have also edited the thread title for further clarification
