I have said it before and will say it again...THE REDSKINS MAKE A JOKE OF THE CAP YEAR AFTER YEAR. Doesn't it seem every year someone is spouting off about how we're gonna be in cap trouble? Last time we figured a way out and this time will be no different. There are 5-7 teams in the league that really lead the way when manipulating the cap and inventing creative ways around it. There are also 5-7 teams with no clue and these are the teams that the media talks about because it's a much better story. We may have a totally different team come 2006 but it will be as competitive on paper as this team is.
