WHEN (not IF)Gibbs wins another Super Bowl he's got to jump to number one on the All-Time list of Head Coaches. Others guys won 4 but none will have won the last one 20+ years after his first one with 4 different QB's, AFTER being elected to the HOF in a completely different era...When he wins the next one he goes from one of the all time greats to the top of the heap IMO.

Course I'm biased.
