I don't think anyone should be outraged at the court's decision. It sounds like their reasons for overturning the initial ruling are sound. The family will now get a new trial in which that evidence in question will not be admitted. If their case is legitimate, that will bear out in court and they'll receive appropriate compensation.
What's the problem here?
