Yeah I believe they have changed the rating system this year. It was mentioned earlier that players wont be ascending to the 99 rating as easy this go round.

Its BS that they make Cooley a FB, it takes away the respect due to Sellers who is gonna be widely ignored by media but will be great this year b/c I believe
he had an involved offseason with the team.
