Well I'll give you some key points from his observations:

1. Offense is really testing the defense with a lot of shifting and motion before the snap.

2. Cooley is having a great camp. With all the attention on the receivers and Portis, he could have a monster year

3. No question who has the best coaching staff in the NFL. Gibbs put his ego aside this offseason and is more of a CEO now, focusing on motivating players more than day to day strategy.

4. Gibbs relaxed, team-first attitude has spread throughout the organization. "How can any of us not do the same thing and take one for the team when he asks us?" (Gregg) Williams says. "We have to because we know he'd do it. He's done it. That's what good leaders do."

5. All the pieces are in place for a Super Bowl run
