He is giving Randy Moss a run for his money!!! About time we had another character on the team. Reminds me of the Riggins days. Can't wait to see Portis and Cooley try to out do each other. This kind of stuff really can bring a team closer. Loose is good, too loose will never happen with a Joe Gibbs team.
