I say that most people must like it and that's why Quizno's puts it on without asking. In fact, I feel like most places do that (I've never had a cheesesteak in Philly). If they put mayo on as a "default" topping most people must like it.

Why is someone from Philly ordering cheese steaks at Quizno's? That's like someone from Nappa Valley buying wine from Nebraska...
